Altegra's provision of services is widely articulated and worldwide-oriented: Real estate development, Real estate distribution, Real estate leasing market and property management for foreigners.
Considering real estate distribution, in term of money transactions, Tokyo is at the third place just after New York and London. Real estate central pillars are step by step catching up their former thriving market before the Lehman shock.
At the moment the yield gap amoung properties in the commercial stock is quite large; neverthless even without so much leverage, there is a growing interest for investments. House prices in Japan are the most underestimated in the world, even if we compare the economic fundamentals of each other country, the ratio of incomes and rents are the most underestimated in the world. The real estate transaction cost in Tokyo is also cheaper than Hong Kong and Singapore as well as London and New York, due to deflation and the appreciation of the Yen.
Foreign investors in Tokyo can make efficient investment starting with small capital compared to other cities . Our strength is in offering our customers the chance for unique investments not only in Japan but anywhere in the world.

Most of the profitable properties that we are used to propose are quite rare in the market: Since we enjoy connections with a considerable number of owners, through a consolidated purchase/sales procedure we are able to introduce properties that are not available for other companies. We try to debunk the theory that real estate investment can only be handled by wealthly people: we planned a service package which allows common company employees too to carry out real estate investment. In this regard our catch-phrase "Investing in a condominium building starting from zero self-funding" has a solid basis, because we enjoy a stable connection with many financial institutions. We have been operating with more than 10,000 properties and we have achieved thousands sales results; besides, thanks to WonderWall Co., Ltd. our parent company, in 2019 we are planning to list the company. We hope for a qualitative leap capable of increasing our social credibility and popularity. We will spare no efforts to keep following our customers with humility and honesty. While working with entusiasm we will always give top priority to our relationship of trust with customers. ALTEGRA will be the bridge between real estate and people.
CEORyosuke Sakai
Born in Atsugi, Kanagawa prefecture in 1989, during his previous work experience, Mr. Sakai led 80 different sales business organizations. After contributing to expand the business, he became the youngest chief executive officer. In 2014 as a founder member partecipated to establish ALTEGRA Holdings Inc. (now ALTEGRA Co.,Ltd.). Focusing on various business such as condominium building and apartment purchase and sales, intermediary business, value up and property management business, at the moment sales results amount to 3,5 billion JPY.
